    The quenching tank/quenching tank should have cooling and heating. The emperature should be controlled within the specified range, and the temperature should not be too high.

 

    The quenching oil tank/quenching tank should have a stirring device. It is better to use propeller stirring, followed by circulating oil pump, preferably without air pump. The degree of agitation should be moderate and effective, so that the temperature in the quenching zone is uniform.

 

    The quenching oil tank/quenching tank should be cleaned regularly. Usually six months to one year. Usually pay attention to prevent the contamination of quenching oil.
