Second, baking process: for the new or long-term shelving (more than half a year) re-use of the furnace must be baked to remove the moisture in the furnace lining, improve insulation properties, enhance the structural strength of the furnace lining. After baking the furnace lining can also reduce the phenomenon of damage to the furnace lining due to rapid heating caused by cracking of the refractory material. For the new lining must not be less than 5 ℃ in the air naturally dry 2-3 days and nights before baking.

The oven drying process is carried out according to the following table:

    Room temperature ~ 200 ℃ for 8 hours

    200℃～400℃ for 8 hours

    400℃～600℃ for 6 hours

    600 ℃ ~ 800 ℃ for 6 hours

    800℃～900℃ for 6 hours

Third, the baking oven precautions:

1, furnace temperature below 400 ℃, slightly open the door to allow the furnace body of water evaporation out;

2, furnace temperature above 400 ℃, close the door;

3, after the end of the oven, to be the furnace temperature down to below 100 ℃, with a 500-volt megohmmeter to measure the phase and phase, phase and ground between the insulation resistance, the resistance value should not be less than 0.5 megohms;
