Nitriding Furnace Operation Procedure
I. Nitriding furnace loading requirements
1、Before loading the furnace, the dust and impurities in the furnace must be cleaned up.
2、Workpiece must be loaded from the bottom to the top of the order of the furnace (to prevent the workpiece falling danger)
3、the short end of the workpiece is placed in the round pads and then pushed into the working disk, there are small holes in the face inward
4、The position of the workpiece is the same as the previous loading position (about 200pcs/furnace).
5、After the workpiece is loaded into the furnace, the white sealing ring must be cleaned with alcohol.
6、Use the traveling crane to lift the furnace canister carefully, reach the safe height, move to the furnace body directly above, to be stable and then slowly down, the loading of the furnace is complete.
Second, the nitriding furnace must be checked before turning on the power supply.
1、Furnace cooling water circulation must be opened (the valve in the horizontal state is open, vertical state is closed).
2、Vacuum pump butterfly valve must be closed.
3、Ammonia tank and carbon dioxide tank should be closed.
4, anode quick connector to be connected to the furnace body (and water cooling pipe together with the green line connector)
5、Black pulse control panel “voltage” knob, “duty cycle” knob should be rotated to the left of the smallest value
6, yellow ammonia reversing valve handle in the center (up) position
Third, the nitriding furnace power running steps
1、Open the general control power of nitriding furnace
2、Electrical cabinet control panel “manual/automatic” knob, hit the automatic
3, enter the control system touch screen, click “(a) playing arc parameter setting”, select the number of open insulation segment 09, finished exit
4, click “(B) temperature insulation parameter settings”, check whether the parameters are correct, 9 insulation time of 300min, click on the “pressure preservation parameter settings”, 5 to reach the pressure 350Pa
5, into the system operation, select the confirmation of the furnace, No. 1 furnace (left), No. 2 furnace (right), if the furnace is not to work furnace, click on the “furnace switch”, (furnace work process must not press the furnace switch button)

When the pressure reaches 100Pa or so, close the 1 (3) vacuum pump butterfly valve, when the pressure reaches 60Pa or so, the vacuum pump 1 (3) automatically shut down (green light off), high pressure button is automatically turned on!

8, extinguish the arc to send ammonia furnace temperature to 90 degrees, the furnace canister after the stabilization of the glow (not flash arc), open the ammonia tank, the yellow reversing valve to the left side of the No. 1 furnace (the right side of the No. 2 furnace), ammonia flow rate does not need to be adjusted, the controller will be based on the pressure of the furnace will be automatically adjusted
9, plus send carbon dioxide gas about 9 ~ 10 hours after the temperature rise to 500 ℃ when the duty cycle knob to the automatic state, and then continue to raise the temperature to 510 ℃ to the insulation state, open the carbon dioxide gas valve, set the screen 2 kinds of gas flow rate (ratio of about 7%)

12、After 6~8 hours of cooling in the nitriding furnace
13、Observe the cooling temperature in the furnace, turn on the general control power supply, watch the temperature in the furnace in the upper left corner, when the temperature is lower than 150 ℃ can be out of the furnace.
14, out of the preparation: lift the vacuum in the furnace to open the air inlet valve between the two butterfly valves (directly pull out), no ringing sound, pull down the anode quick connector (and water cooling pipe together with the green line connector)
15, crane lifting bell: crane hook moved to the ring, aligned with the center of the ring free suspension, the hook up and down, left and right are not touching the ring, indicating that it can be lifted vertically and smoothly.
16、Cooling in air to room temperature (not hot)
